However, I have not yet found the best seating and handlebar position- work in progress
My only criticism is in regard to the handlebars.
One can not adjust the angle only the height
and back and forward location!
Received with the time frame. Instructions to assemble were clear I found that exceptional. The use of the bike has been great so far. Not much resistance between 1-4 but after that from 5-8 is ok. For the price its a good buy.

Love it! Works great and the vibration levels are good. I started low and have now worked my way up. I use it twice a day for 10 mins and can feel a difference in my body and it has helped with getting rid of fluid build-up and that "heavy" feeling in your legs after sitting all day. Would recommend getting it.

Really nice and easy to set up. I added some foam handles to the handle bars as it was a bit too hard on the hands in longer sessions and I don't really like the pedals, so I'll probably change those but its great otherwise. Love the adjustable seat and Bluetooth connection. Thankfully the app shows kms/hr as the led dial only shows miles.
Great compact light unit. Ive been using it for 2 weeks and already I see and feel a difference . No cramping since i started using it and there seems to be more blood flowing to my feet and less fluid in my legs. Recommended if you want a smaller compact unit, but as the instagram videos suggest, if you want a more intense vibration, go for the larger vibration pad.
