Affiliates. Our affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Other companies and individuals that provide services or perform tasks on our behalf to help us operate the MERACH Service or our business, such as, for example, customer support, hosting, analytics, mobile application metrics, email delivery, marketing and database management services, music integration services, our extended warranty service providers and payment processor. These third parties may use your personal information only as authorized under our contracts with them.
Advertising Partners. Third party advertising companies and social media companies that may assist us and other parties with customer research, management of customer and prospective customer databases, promotional mailings or other targeted promotions. These partners may collect information about your activity on the Site and other online services to help us advertise our and other services, and/or use hashed customer lists that we share with them to deliver ads on their platforms to our customers and similar users on their platforms.
Other Users. Depending on your User Profile settings and how you interact with our Services, certain personal information of yours may become available for other Peloton members to see. User profiles are set to public by default.
Third party platforms. Social media platforms or other third party platforms that you connect to the MERACH Service and where you authorize us to share your information with them (such as when you use options to access the MERACH Service by logging into the third party platform).
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Law enforcement and others. Law enforcement, government authorities and privacy parties, when we believe in good faith it is necessary or appropriate for the compliance and operations purposes described above.
Business transferees. Relevant participants in business transactions (or potential transactions), such as corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, MERACH or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings). In any of these cases user information, including personal information, could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired or accessed by a third party.
For other purposes. We may also share your personal information for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy or with your consent.
Opt-out of marketing communications. If you have provided us with your email address and you would like to stop receiving marketing emails about MERACH from us, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email communications. It may take up to 72 hours to process your unsubscribe request. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may contact you for non-marketing reasons related to the MERACH Service or your subscription, such as for password recovery purposes or service calls that you have requested.
Account information. If you have purchased a subscription or otherwise signed up for an account, then you may access your MERACH account at any time once logged on, and you may modify, update and change your account settings through your account on the MERACH Service. When you update information, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You can also delete your account by emailing us at global@merach.com. Please note that we will need to verify that you have the authority to delete the account. Also, some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account, and public activity on your account prior to deletion may remain publicly accessible.
Cookies. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. Please note that if you set your browser to disable cookies, the MERACH Service may not work properly. Advertising choices. Like many companies online, we use services provided by Google, Facebook and others that help deliver interest-based ads to you. Your choices for limiting collection and/or use of your personal information by these companies include:

If you do not provide information that we need to provide the MERACH Service, we may not be able to provide you with the MERACH Service or certain features. If you choose to connect to the MERACH through your social media account or another third party platform, you may be able to use your settings in your account with that platform to limit the information we receive from it. If you revoke our ability to access information from a third party platform, that choice will not apply to information that we have already received from that third party.
The MERACH Service may contain links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. We do not control websites or other online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. Other websites and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and online services you use.
We employ a number of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, the security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
You are not permitted to use our Services if you do not meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction and if you do not meet the age requirements as specified in our Terms of Service.
If you learn that your child does not meet the requirements set out above and has provided us with Personal Information, you may alert us at global@merach.com. We will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible and terminate the child’s account.
Your personal information may be transferred to, processed and stored in countries other than the country in which you are resident, including the United States, Australia, Canada, the European Union and UK. The recipients of such information may be located in any country where MERACH has a place of business and additional territories where our suppliers and partners may transfer data, details of which can be provided upon request.
We take appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy specifically in relation to any international transfer. This includes implementing an intra-group data sharing agreement that includes safeguards and protections for any use of your personal information by our group entities and incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which require all group companies to protect relevant information in accordance with European Union and UK data protection laws.
We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

We reserve the right to confirm your California residence and will need to confirm your identity to process your requests. As part of this process, government identification may be required. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government-issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.
Request a list of third party marketers. California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code § 1798.83) allows California residents to ask companies with whom they have formed a business relationship primarily for personal, family or household purposes to provide certain information about the companies’ sharing of certain personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. You can submit such a request by sending an email to global@merach.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject line. The request must include your current name, street address, city, state, and zip code and attest to the fact that you are a California resident.
We do not sell your personal information. Based on our understanding of the term “sell” under the CCPA, we do not “sell” your Personal Information and have not sold it to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy. However, like many companies online, we use services provided by Google, Facebook and others that help deliver interest-based ads to you as described in the section above entitled Interest-Based Advertising. You can review your options for opting-out of such services above.
Personal information that we collect, use and share. We are required to explain the categories of Personal Information we collect by reference to the categories specified by the CCPA, as defined here , which are described in the list below. For each category, we list the type of data we collect and the source of that data as described in the section above entitled Personal Information We Collect. We have not sold your personal information in the preceding 12 months.
