Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are shipped from our local Australian warehouse.
After your payment is confirmed, we typically need 1 business day to process your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.

For most addresses in Australia standard shipping is free.However, some remote or extended areas may incur a delivery surcharge. You can check if your address qualifies during checkout by entering your postal code.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact us at  info.us@merachfit.com as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package using one of the following methods:
  • Use the tracking number on the carrier's official website

 


Additional Information

  • All deliveries are curbside only. We currently do not offer upper-floor delivery.
  • Large items may arrive in multiple packages. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order.

  • MERACH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer, customer unavailability, force majeure events, or logistics limitations in remote regions.

    Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
