Choose from 16 electromagnetic resistance levels with up to 55 kg of measured peak resistance. Handle-mounted buttons let you adjust resistance during your workout without interrupting your rowing rhythm.

LED Display & Smart App Connectivity

Track time, 500 m pace, distance, calories, SPM, watts and strokes on the LED display. Bluetooth connectivity lets you pair the R7 with the MERACH and Kinomap apps for additional workouts and training data.

181 kg Capacity & Upright Storage

Built with a steel, aluminium alloy and rubberwood frame, the R7 supports up to 181 kg. Its single-rail design measures 187.2 cm long and can be stored upright after training to help save floor space.
